Whole carcasses are delivered to our village Butcher shop where they are prepared using Nicole’s unique techniques and old school training.
It’s this careful attention to detail that makes the meat from Meat Merchants so special.
That and the fact that there are no hormones or chemicals to taint the natural flavours of our beef, pork, chicken and lamb.
