We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the finest cuts of meat. We make a point of only selecting free-range animals that have been pasture fed on farms across New Zealand. Whole carcasses are delivered to our village Butcher shop where they are prepared using Nicole’s unique techniques and old school training.
